THATOHATSI SANTOS
Thatohatsi Santos is a biokineticist who attained his Honours in Biokinetics through the Tshwane University of Technology and received his postgraduate degree (Honours) in Sport and Exercise Technology. In addition, he completed his First Aid Level 1 and 2 training and received his B-Tech in Sports and Exercise Technology. Thatohatsi is also an HIV counsellor and tester. He occupied a high position as a Biokineticist and Masseuse for Mamelodi Sundowns. His league accomplishments include Meet the World Mini Youth World Cup 2010, USSA U21 2012, Telkom champion 2020, ABSA Premier League Champions 2018-2020 and Nedbank Cup Champions 2020.
As a passionate biokineticist, Thatohatsi Santos strives to improve his clients’ flexibility, muscle strength, posture and range of motion, particularly in the aftermath of a spinal injury, degenerative condition or sports injury.
KOKETSO MAHLANGU
Koketso Mahlangu is a biokineticist who received her national Diploma and B-Tech in Sport and Exercise Technology at the Tshwane University of Technology. In addition, she completed her postgraduate degree in Biokinetics and received First Aid level 1, 2 and 3 training. Koketso Mahlangu previously worked as a Sports Scientist for Supersport United Football club (U17&19) and occupied a post as a Biokineticist at Dr Ogundipe & Associates. She is passionate about working with her clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
LINDO NTOMBELA
Lindo Ntombela is a personal trainer and qualified biokineticist who received his national diploma in Sports and Exercise Technology through the Tshwane University of Technology. In addition, he completed his B-Tech in Sports and Exercise Technology and Biokinetics. Lindo qualified as a fitness instructor (NQF Level 5) at the International Institute for Sport Science and Fitness Training. He worked as a fitness instructor at Virgin Active conducting classes for the benefit of his clients. Lindo enjoys personal training and working on a one-on-one basis with his clients. He specialises in conducting fitness assessments and clinical evaluations and prescribing corrective exercises.
ANDISWA MKHIZE
Andiswa Mkhize is a Sports Manager and Massage Therapist who qualified with a National Diploma in Sport Management and B-Tech in Business Administration from the Vaal University of Technology. She received her certification in Sports Massage through the Health and Fitness Professionals Academy (HFPA) as well as her Group Exercise Instructor license at ETA College.
Presently she works as an Exercise Experience Manager at Virgin Active and is committed to helping her clients meet their expectations. At Tk Biokinetics Sport Science Centre, Andiswa specialises in massage therapy, offering sports, relaxation, and therapeutic massage. Her treatments are guaranteed to relieve pain, muscle fatigue and stiffness.
BEAUTY MARUMA
Beauty Maruma is a dietician who received her qualification in dietetics at the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. In her second year of studies, she obtained her Certificate in Food Science and Nutritional Assessment. Previously, Beauty worked as a dietician in the Department of Health, where she gained much experience in her field. She treats medical conditions by altering her client’s diet based on their diagnosis, blood type and nutritional concerns.
